Promotion Rules

Students will be assessed periodically and also take the terminal written tests. They will be granted promotion on the basis of the performance throughout the year.
The school does not undertake to retain answer scripts for more than two months after the examinations..
The evaluation of answer scripts and other work done by the pupil during the assessment is within the domestic jurisdiction of the school and therefore no outside person or authority has jurisdiction to check, scrutinize the answer scripts or other work done by the pupil. If in the opinion of Principal and the class teacher the results are significantly below the standard, indicated by the pupil’s class work, the accuracy of the marks awarded may be checked by a teacher appointed by the Principal subject to not more than two subjects on payment of a fees of Rs. 100/-per subject. The result of the scrutiny will be intimated to the applicant.
Internal re-checks, totaling of the marks etc. will be completed by a scheme of standardization before reports are given out. The answer scripts will be shown to parents on an appointed / fixed date.
