Fees Rules

You can pay your April+May+June fees from 1st April to 15th April 2018 and from 1st May to 15th May 2018 at the Bank counter.
Similarly you pay the July,Aug fees from 1st July 2018 to 15th July 2018 and from 1st Aug to 15th Aug 18.
You can pay the September,October fees from 1st Oct 2018 to 15th Sep 2018 and from 1st Oct to 15th Oct 18.
You will November,December fees in the same manner.
But the Janaury+Febraury+March fees you can pay from 1st Jan 2019 to 15th Jan 2019 and from 1st Feb 2019 to 15th Feb 2019
All fees/dues must be cleared before commencement of the Annual Exam(Beginning with the oral exams).
Bank will not accept the fees of the previous installments(deemed as late payment) fro example- The April May June fees will not be accepted at the bank if you go to pay that in July.This will be considered as late payment.
You will pay such late payment fees at the school counter with Rs. 50 fine only.With receive fees.

अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण सूचना

सम्पूर्ण सत्र (1 अप्रैल 2018 से 1 मार्च 2019 तक ) का सम्पूर्ण शुल्क बैंक काउंटर पर 1 अप्रैल 2018 से 15 अप्रैल 2018 तक एक साथ जमा करने पर आपको 500 रु० धनवापसी का लाभ होगा!प्रक्रिया - सिंडिकेट बैंक के काउंटर पर शुल्क जमा करने क पश्चात आप शुल्क पुस्तिका को प्रधानाचार्य के पास जमा करे! बैंक से प्रति पन्ना / रसीद प्राप्त करने के पश्चात 1 मई से 10 मई तक आपको धनवापसी / स्कूल कार्यालय से प्राप्त करना होगा !
कहे गये माह के अनुसार यदि आप उसी माह में फीस जमा करते है तो आपको कोई दण्ड शुल्क नहीं लिया जायेगा !
अतः आप अप्रैल + गई एवं जून का शुल्क 1 अप्रैल से 15 अप्रैल 2018 तक और 1 मई से 15 मई 2018 तक बैंक काउंटर पर जमा क्र सकते है !
आप जुलाई और अगस्त का शुल्क 1 जुलाई 2018 से 15 जुलाई 2018 और 1 अगस्त 2018 से 15 अगस्त 2018 तक जमा क्र सकते है !
आप सितम्बर + अक्टूबर का शुल्क 1 सितम्बर 2018 से 15 सितम्बर 2018 और 1 अक्टूबर 2018 से 15 अक्टूबर 2018 तक जमा क्र सकते है !
नवंबर + दिसंबर का शुल्क उपरोक्त निम्नानुसार बैंक में जमा करेंगे !
परन्तु जनवरी + फरवरी एवं मार्च का शुल्क केवल 1 जनवरी 2019 से 15 जनवरी 2019 और 1 फरवरी 2019 से 15 फरवरी 2019 तक जमा किया जायेगा !
सभी शुल्क देय वार्षिक परीक्षा आरम्भ होने से पहले ( मौखिक परीक्षा आरम्भ - होने के साथ ) जमा हो जाना चाहिये !
बैंक पूरवर्ती किस्तों को स्वीकार नहीं करेगा ! यह विलम्बित देय माना जायेगा !
